JoAnn Juralewicz

JoAnn was born in Jersey City and raised in Brick. She is a graduate of Brick High School (1973) and Ocean County Vocational School (1989). As a firm believer in continued education, JoAnn travels Europe and the US furthering her education. The spa industry is always evolving.

Her passion is to make a difference in people’s lives. JoAnn enjoys seeing the transformation of spa/salon guests as they leave the frazzled world behind and come in to take care of themselves. The guests learn that it is OK to take care of yourself because you are then better equipped to care for everyone else. They leave the spa/ salon rejuvenated. JoAnn is a “hands-on owner” in the facial room along with lead administrator for the spa and salon.

Favorite charities include hosting groups from Harbor House, Providence House and Girl Scout “Fun Night”. JoAnn’s number one charity/fundraiser is the Avon Breast Cancer Walk in October, a challenging 39 mile walk with a fellow staff member. They began this project after losing a staff member to cancer; their team is called “Sharon’s Girls”.

JoAnn has been married for 35 years to Larry. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. Simply Skin is a family affair. Each person plays a part in the everyday function of the spa/salon.

JoAnn and her family are active members of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. They enjoy spending time together, with friends and traveling.
